On Thursday, 7th March we celebrated World Book Day. The children were so happy to arrive in school dressed as their favourite book character and with some books they were ready to swap. In fact they spent the whole day immersing themselves in stories, being creative and celebrating various authors.

Other activities throughout the day included: Teacher story swap, World Book Day song in singing assembly, creative writing and storytelling, potato character competition and lot of story time!

A great day was had by all including the teachers who dressed up as well.
